Another large addition on Walker Avenue in Oakland

We added a second story to the back half of this early 1900's home to make way for a family room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful outdoor living area.  The house went from a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom to a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom plus a family room, adding 799 square feet of living space.
